A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness, Barre Attack is an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre. We also offer Barre Athletic for those who want to power-up their Barre experience, and Barre Body which incorporates flow and strength moves, influenced by yoga and pilates.
