Pilates is a method of exercise designed to strengthen your core. It uses flowing movements and postures to sculpt the body and to get your muscles working.

Reformer takes this to the next level using a pilates reformer bed.


Barre Classes

A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness, Barre Attack is an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre. We also offer Barre Athletic for those who want to power-up their Barre experience, and Barre Body which incorporates flow and strength moves, influenced by yoga and pilates.

We offer 4 sessions per week across 3 varieties.
