What do I need to bring?

It's important to dress for the occasion - Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch and move around. Make sure you bring a water bottle to keep hydrated and don't forget to bring a towel!

How can I pay for my booking?

If you're booking online, you can pay using credit / debit card or paypal. You can also choose to pay upon arrival.

Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Cards and HICAPS are available for payment on-site.


Terms & Conditions

Before you book or participate in any class or service supplied at or by Essential Mind Body & Soul we ask that you familiarise yourself with the following policies. There is a bit to read through but it’s important that you understand our agreed operating terms and are familiar with how we do things. If you have any questions about any of our terms please speak to one of our friendly staff. These terms were last updated in June 2018. A printable version of these terms is also available at the studio upon request.

Risk & Responsibility

Essential Mind Body & Soul does not accept responsibility for participants who do not follow the instructions provided by the instructor. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by participants to the instructor teacher prior to the beginning of class or treatment. Prior to, during, or after class or treatment, it is the responsibility of participants to inform the instructor if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort. The use of Essential Mind Body & Soul facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. Essential Mind Body & Soul, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.

Payments & Bookings

Advance class bookings and multi-class pass purchases should be completed online via our booking system (Timely), accessible through our website. In order to guarantee class space, a complete advance booking must be made, including payment (all prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST). Bookings can also be made by phone and walk-in registration is available, subject to class space. All class bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Permanent bookings may be made upon arrangement, with payment made in advance.  Gift vouchers are no longer offered, any existing vouchers will expire as stated on the voucher itself and are not transferable or refundable.
Treatments will run for the allotted time slot only, and cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Participants under the age of 18 are required to provide written consent from a parent and/or legal guardian. Consent forms are available at the studio and must be completed prior to commencing class or treatment. Registration details provided must be correct and complete.
Prior to the start of class or treatment, participants are required to inform the instructor of any relevant physical issues.
Please consider fellow participants and our staff and postpone your booking if unwell.

Cancellation Policy

Registration in a given class or service may only be cancelled and/or changed if the cancellation/change is completed a minimum of 3 business hours prior to the beginning of the session.
Cancellations and changes should be completed through the Studio website - please call the studio if this is unavailable.
Cancellations or class changes made less than 3 business hours prior to the beginning of class are invalid and participants will be charged full price for any registered class or treatment that they miss or fail to cancel within the required time.
Advance payment may be requested where frequent cancellations or missed bookings occur (regardless of notification period).
On occasion, instructors may be substituted at short notice; in such cases the cancellation policy still applies.
